* ONCE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED
* ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS PROVIDED TO YOU AND THE SHIPPING COURIER (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, ECT.) IS IN POSSESSION OF THE PACKAGE, PLEASED BI HER IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR IF OR WHEN YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED. PLEASED BI HER HAS NO CONTROL OVER DELAYS PROVIDED BY THE COURIER. PLEASE CONTACT THE SHIPPING COURIER DIRECTLY FOR FURTHER INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE DELIVERY STATUS OF YOUR PACKAGE.

* Due to Covid-19 logistics on certain products may take longer than expected. Please allow up to 30 days after your purchase date for delivery. If you have not received any shipping information after 30 days you can contact customer service for a full refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED BEFORE 30 DAYS.
* DUE TO COVID-19 WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS. WE ONLY ISSUE EXCHANGES ON ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE. (Not the packaging)
* If for any reason your item is damaged or defective, customer service MUST be notified of the issue within 7 days of receiving the item to receive an exchange or store credit for the full amount of the product. (Not including shipping)
* No exchanges or store credit will be issued after 7 days.
* PURCHASED ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED TO RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.
* Customer will be responsible for all shipping cost of the item(s) being returned.
*If your package is returned to Pleased Bi Her for ANY reason by the courier (incomplete address, vacant property) your order WILL be refunded (NOT INCLUDING THE SHIPPING COST)
